Malgorzata O’Shaughnessy

Małgorzata helped set up Visa's operations in Poland, where she then worked for 30 years, building the business from scratch in Poland and across CEE.

She built teams, created and implemented strategies, and mentored individuals both within and outside the organisation. She worked with financial institutions, governments and the media, and sat on Visa Boards in four countries. On several occasions she was named among the most influential women in Poland and was a Digital Personality of 2018.

Małgorzata now focuses on mentoring and NGO work, runs her own consultancy, sits on the Board of the European Financial Congress, chairs the jury of the EFC Academy, is an Honorary Board member of the “ABC – all of Poland Reads To Children” Foundation and is a mentor in the Women Business Leaders (FLB) and SPK Foundations.
